TEMPORARY EMERGENCY FUEL SURCHARGE
Dear Valued Clients and Partners,
Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, global fuel markets have experienced significant volatility. This has not only driven direct increases in fuel related costs but has also resulted in multiple essential service providers across the supply chain implementing their own fuel surcharges. As these cumulative cost pressures continue to escalate, we are left with no choice but to introduce temporary emergency fuel surcharges on all import and export shipments to and from Australia.
These surcharges have been introduced in Australia to help offset the significant rise in fuel related costs. They will be applied in addition to the usual local Australian import and export charges.
Sea Freight FCL:
Surcharge will vary weekly; please check with our Customer Service Team for the applicable rate for your shipment
Air Freight:
30% surcharge on Import Handling Fees
30% surcharge on Export transfer fees
30% Surcharge on Export Screen and Lodge Fees
We are closely monitoring the situation and will adjust pricing as required. Our intention is to remove these temporary surcharges as soon as market conditions stabilise and upstream providers withdraw their additional fuel related charges.
