We would like to provide a further update regarding our fuel surcharge following recent movements in fuel pricing. While fuel costs remain elevated overall, we have seen some easing in supplier rates in recent days.
As a result, we have made the decision to reduce the fuel surcharge by 7%, effective Wednesday, 22nd April 2026. This adjustment reflects our ongoing commitment to aligning the surcharge with actual fuel cost movements and providing relief to our customers wherever possible.
As previously communicated, the fuel surcharge is applied strictly as a cost recovery mechanism and does not represent any increase in margin. We will continue to monitor fuel pricing closely and will review the surcharge as market conditions evolve. Our goal is to ensure that any changes—whether increases or reductions—are reflected as fairly and transparently as possible.
